Hot dog missions [CLOSED]

For the times Hot Dog quest it has you send molten hot dog on fire missions. Are those the ones that are specific to the fire element?

Yes.
Look for goal under them or the little fire emblem over to the left. They are the 30 min, 4 hour, and 22 hour missions, unless you have Flynn.
