I burnt myself too, today. I was opening a bag of popcorn with the pop up bowl. As I opened it, the butter went all ninja sneak attack on me and burnt me on my index finger, on the knuckle crease.

I got burned about two days ago, now that I think about it.
I quickly looked at my finger after I realized that just now. My fingerprint has melted into a blob.
