Anyone else having their Skylanders capping at level 10/11 even though you have Ramses? Every skylander I have at level 10 or 11 says they are at MAX even though I have level 12 Skylanders.

I'm starting to hear about people having this issue as of today.

Advisor_Orville, any thoughts?

It sucks but I guess I'm glad to hear its not my game/iPad that is the problem.

Thank you for reporting. We are aware of this issue and are able to replicate it. The issue is caused by visiting friends who have Mayor Grizz/Ramses. You can resolve the issue by force closing the app. We are currently working on a fix for this.

This worked. Thanks! My Ninjini is no longer maxed-out at level 11 and she is already showing progress toward 12.

FYI - To force close Lost Islands (or any app on an iOS device), hold the lock button until the "slide to power off" option appears. Release the lock button. Then, press and hold the home button until the app disappears and you're back at the home screen.

Um, my two friends are my son and my dad. Neither has Ramses OR the mayor. Just so you know.

Also for iOS, if you are on the home screen, double press the home button to bring up the currently running apps on the bottom of the screen, press and hold on one and the apps will gain a "-" button on them, click it to force close any app that is open.

Just a small correction: This is the list of last started apps. So this is just a history of all apps used, no matter if they are still running (only possible for a few exceptions), frozen in the background or completely closed. But you are right, it is the fastest way to make sure an app is completely closed by "deleting" it in the app history.
