It could work. Use your figures form other games to determine racer. Track can be unlocked by adventure/battle packs. items can be weopans (mario green shell,banana e.t.c

Skylanders kart? Could be like mario kart and you could use all your old figures. Could be released in between the core games.

disney infinity have races and you even can play online.... skylanders are a dungeon crawler game, just saying.

Thay already have the characters, backstory, upgrades et al to make a Kart Game. It could be another huge seller. on top of the character sales they can sell adventure packs (tracks) with upgrades, like a spikey tire that gives better traction, or a little canisster of nitro for a boost.

They can have coins or other tresures on the tracks so the characters can ear cash on the tracks as well. I would not be surprised to find out that they already have some preproduction activites going on.

I personally think it would work better as a PVP type rather than a whole game, also if they did a single player version of PVP then it could work there as well.

just think of the toys they could sell on top of the games. They could also reissue skylanders with new Kart poses.

You could even have unlockable characters like Glumshanks, or Flynn too.

they should make it like they did with swap force and make take parts of to customize.

they should make three different parts to take of.

1.the skylanders. so that the skylanders doesn't have to play with the same vehicle every single time.

2.the wheels. they should make every skylanders vehicle have customized wheels with a trademark icon that represents that certain skylanders.

3.the body. the body should also represent the skylanders and even the body could have different shapes.

and they should also have skylanders packs with the skylanders and vehicle and packs with karts only.

AND GIANTS SHOULD HAVE MONSTER TRUCKS. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

A racing mode would be fun, but somewhat unfair. I suppose everyone would have a unique vehicle, and character stats determine vehicle stats.
