Mine shipped this morning as well.

I'm glad I ordered it. I'm totally done hunting in brick and mortar stores and I can give a zillion reasons why. Retail employees are almost always brainless and minimum wage is frankly overpayment based on some of their intelligence levels and willingness to help customers. Unopened boxes sit in back rooms even as customers ask for the products and are told "Uhhh... its in the system but I don't see it so... we don't have it." Stores get sporadic shipments and no one (aside from Gamestop, but only sometimes) has a clue what they are getting and/or when they are getting more.

So until stores start hiring smarter people, or Activision gets it together on distribution and announced release dates for new items, I'll be sticking to this board and waiting for the remaining few to go up for sale online.

I would imagine you can file a claim through their US offices. Amazon is really good about customer service. If anything they could put you through to the proper channels if you explained what you purchased and why.

It's probably processing...I wouldn't panic yet. If you ordered late in the process...then it might be the last of them shipped.

So. now that she is officially out overseas, I wonder why they're waiting to announce how she will be available in the US? I'm kind of curious to see what other people think as to why Scarlet and Polar haven't been announced in America yet?

Has Leg. Chill, Molten, and Jade been released in these areas? Maybe they are getting Scarlet and Polar while we get jade and Molten. Just wondering

Mine is still Shipping Soon as well. But, I placed my order later (on March 5th) so I really doubted mine would be first out the door regardless. As long as it gets here before Easter I'm fine. Sounds like they have a lot left to go out, so it isn't an isolated thing that might be reason to worry.

Finally got the dispatch email! I also went ahead and ordered S2 Spyro and Wrecking Ball seen as we wont see them in UK till end of the month or so.

Its sent via Royalmail and expected on the 19/03/13
