what's the real point of bbs if I have the old one on my psp?

Well, there's additional boss fights, upscaled graphics, the extra Final Mix story mode/secret ending, they made the control scheme really convenient (you don't need to move your thumb away from the analog stick to change commands, which can also be flipped through with L2/R2, Lock-On and Shot-lock are moved to R1, camera is moved to the right analog stick, ect...). About the only thing the 2.5 version had downgraded was the Mirage Arena, which is single-player now.

There's also Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+ on the disc, as well.
