According to http://spyro.wikia.com/wiki/Statistics_%28Skylanders%29
"Level: Affects how much health a Skylander has. The maximum level is 15, or 20 for Legendary Skylanders. "

So, why is my legendary Stealth Elf capped at 15, instead of 20?

This is in Skylanders Giants, all upgrades and personal quests completed and all of the heroic challenges (of the skylanders I own, of course).

I thought that, As it's the only place I can find that information.

Also, nowhere have I ever seen a Level 20 skylander and I think it would be something more people would mention.
But... why is it on that site then?

Fixed article content.

On Wikias, users are able to edit and add in content whatever they please, though some users, such as... wild Skylander fans, have the ability to also post false information onto the pages, which can be undone.

Doomslicer was the one who made the "level 15, or 20 Legendary Skylanders" edit.

Take everything you read on a wiki with a shaker of salt. Since anyone can edit it, anyone can provide misinformation.

I could easily put on any page that the amount of elephants in Africa have tripled in the past six months, and people could potentially believe it (or discover that I'm copying Stephen Colbert and fix the changes).

Gotcha, I know Wikis are user made and are always potentially completly wrong... but I find most of the time, they are quite accurate/

Some Skylanders content on the wikia are backed by posted references from books, or videos. Though I noticed some Skylanders fans never bothered to look at the references that show/tell the proof where the information came from, and just look at the content.

Why doesn't Activision edit this wiki?

Wiki are user contributed content, I guess Activision don't have the time or men to keep on top of the wiki, especially considering that Activision could put hours of work into a wiki, only for somebody to come and ruin it.

Activision don't want to be seen as providing misinformation, so they avoid using wikis, so nobody can give them a bad reputation.

Also, Activision maintain official skylanders sites, if they have information to provide, they have a multitude of ways to do it.
