Gosh,no one really reads the books around here? Spyro isn't the lead in Skylanders and never was,but by all means he's undoubtely pretty high on the team's hierarchy. Not to mention EVERY single one of his bios mentions him as the lead Skylander,though he took a while to learn about teamwork and stuff.

Complain what you will about not having him as the main character,but you're way too wrong to say he has no importance. I would love if they actually focused on characters instead of NPCs for once in the series(The Backstory packs idea is awesome btw), but for now the books' canon will have to do.

Yeah, Spyro has been in two recent Skylander novels, even in the Mega Monsters novel, as the lead character.

Though a team member of TFB mentioned that Spyro is a first among equals.

Why do not they make a Skylander game, with the backstory of the Skylanders. That would be pretty cool <.<. Each chapter is the Story of a Skylander like Spyro and the Skylander has in this Chapter his own cutscenes etc. That could be a Prequel to SA. smilie

it would probabaly be like one pack is for if your playing as a magic skylander it changes to their back story. And then you would have to buy one for water. Since they love making money. Not sure how you would do 2 player though
