@DrobotMewTwo -The "A" button is now Jump. "B" is Attack 1, "C" is Attack 2, and "Z" is Attack 3. The "-" button interfaces with objects and people.

The collection viewing is actually worse in this one: it gives a list and despite the game checking for a distinction, it doesn't make a notable difference between regular and special other than a small bit of text...kinda disappointing there (couldn't spring for a new bit of artwork?).

At the very least the Skylanders now count as 'yours' as long as they're on the portal, so you don't need to reset them from the previous game like with Giants for ownership to count.

One more thing for those of you that keep your cards in binders: while the color is the same for the swappers as their elements, the border on the right hand side is a fixed color. Meaning if you're like me, you're finding yourself making a section for them all their own so the pages don't look odd smilie

Other bits of info:
-Alter-Egos will now have a "Special" suffix attached to them (i.e. Legendary Chop Chop: Special)
-The Alter-Ego swappers will not count differently from their regular version so far as swapping goes. Hoot Loop and Enchanted Hoot loop count as the same, and Enchanted Hoot Stone for example does not add to your total.

Here's the bosses, BIG SPOILER WARNING:

Boss 1: Evil Glumshanks
Boss 2: Baron Von Shellshock and Evilized Whiskers (Tessa's bird).

Boss 3: Fire Viper (One of the monsters in the intro)

Boss 4: Mesmerelda

Boss 5: Mr. Chompy (Optional boss; found in a Water Element area. Splits into smaller Chompies when hit)

Boss 6: Kaos' Mom and Bubba Greeps (Possibly the leader of the Greebles; He's evilized and horribly deformed).

FINAL BOSS: Super Evil Kaos (Evilized, He's about the same size as Robo-Kaos!).

Tower of Time boss: Cluck (Mechanical chicken.. smilie)

Sheep Wreck Island boss: Sheep Mage (Lol)

Here's an annoying bug for you. Remember how I pointed out the game makes a distinction between the regular and Platinum Chests now? Doesn't seem to happen, the game still only checks one...HOWEVER, there is an item slot in the "Other" menu for the platinum chest.

What the heck people.

Not sure if it's been posted, but my Toys R Us knew nothing of Wave 2 date of release. Last year they knew about the Giants wave 2 so curious if anyone gets a different answer.

Dice and Slice; Hold the melee button to charge up dual sword mode, and then blitz enemies with slashes.
It's takes a long time to charge, and it's tough to steer.

I've seen some gameplay and Woodburrow even though I still don't have the game and, I think the game is looking too good to be true.
Also, the 8bitheater spent an hour completing the first chapter!

Oh, and I saw in a video that there's a list in-game showing all 256 combinations, each time you do one new combination, it marks the spot on the list.

Yep there is if anyone wants a review on a guy just ask me btw i spent a hour on level 1 also plus tower of time with only new guys is crazy hard! I had to use ninjini and spyro for the boss also i got the game at 11 been playing till 2:02 an only beat 2 levels. Also tru isnt very smart i asked them when they opened and said 10 am but it actually opened at 8 am! I was pissed but still managed to get everyone i even saw a scalper there EVIL BEAST

In my opinion, the graphics are a million times better for Swap Force on the Wii. Planned on getting a Wii U for the kids this Christmas and almost decided to buy Swap Force for the Wii U because the graphics were so terrible with Giants and Spyro's Adventure on the Wii. My son never would have made it to Christmas without playing Swap Force, so I went ahead and bought it for the Wii. Not sure why some of you think the graphics are not better. Way clearer picture from what I have seen so far.

Managed to grab all of Wave 1 today except Lava Barf Eruptor, Wash Buckler, Ninja Stealth Elf, and Blast Zone. (I got the Dark Edition Starter Pack.)
My two local Walmarts didn't have any Enchanted Hoot Loop's, but that was my only snag today. Went further out and managed to make the grab!
Seems like LC Smolderdash might be in short supply soon...

With the new button setup you HAVE to use the top bumper button on ps3 to do Flashwings spin and Shoot combo from her spinning path. Its pretty much impossible to hold circle button down and push square. Kind of annoying. Any other attacks that make you use the alternate attack buttons to perform?

Anyone else happen to just notice Wave 2 on the Toys R Us website? Just saw BB Trigger Happy, Grilla Drilla and Boom Jet (assume the rest were there) pop up when I was looking at some stuff for another post, now they're gone. Had a check next to "Sold in stores (details)" with the rest being X's. Also listed "Buy 1 Get 1 40% off!**" at the bottom. Opened up Boom Jet/Grilla Drilla and it said email me when available, or whatever it usually says. Didn't notice a release date or anything like that.

Not sure if it's news worthy. Guess they're just getting ready for the next batch. Little bit of a surprise to see, that's all.

Did you guys notice a ton of bad paint jobs on figures, or did my TRU just have a lot? It took me a long time to find figures that looked good to me. So many derpy characters...

Yes, that was my impression as well. Thankfully there were a TON of characters to sort through to purchase good ones. But it took a while... :/
