is fanfiction.net acting weird for anyone or is it just me

like

every time i go on, homepage loads okay, i click a category and it loads slower, then i click a fandom and it loads even slower, and god help me if i try to refine my search within the fandom because the whole laptop slows to a crawl

this has only happened with fanfiction.net, and closing its tab promptly removes the slowness

that wasn't a random thought was it

im living the dream of setting up my very own aquarium for a betta fish
i've been collecting stuff since my birthday last month and yesterday i finally got the chance to set it up. i've had so much bad luck during the process but the result is gonna be worth it. it looks pretty bear right now but on the 26th im gonna get plants and im probably gonna put another piece of driftwood in :D i hope im lucky and it doesn't take a month+ to cycle

Seriously bugs me how people now justify paying for online when in the past we all agreed paying for XBL was stupid and something that shouldn't be a thing. I'm aware Playstation Plus has free games and that should make things alright but the pickings aren't as much as they used to be (at one point Plus had like 20 PS3 games for you when you signed up, including 1 hour trials which they seemingly stopped altogether) but paying to play online when you can do so for free on Wii U and PC is still iffy to me and is part of why I've taken so long to make the jump.

But yeah, it's NICE that it's pretty much a crazy sale since you're paying less than 30% of the price of most games you get with those 5 bucks,but it doesn't remove the fact you pay for online which the other two offer without a maybe, and that you probably won't touch half of the "free" games offered and just eat it up because of what you DO play. If couch co-op is becoming RARE at least let me do more than singleplayer from the get go with some minor server or whatever the heck.

And the neat thing is, Blue Sky Studios was so determined to do the style of the original comics, they even scanned images into 3d CGI to use in the film! it was really slow so I thought it would be a GREAT idea to hard reset my tablet. little did I know that my SD card was lying to me about backing things up, so I lost the puzzle and dragons app and all its data. welp, there goes my meteor volcano dragon which took years to evolve.

and it downgraded my device somehow and I can't update, so I can't even play rayman adventures because it's "not compatible with my version". merry christmas to me :,)
