One user here by the name I think it was "crazyace" went hunting with GM78, and he found a StumpSmash with a Stealth Elf packaging, posted it here, and now on eBay. Read and think before you post. Taco, there are some things about this, though.

Crazy and I live in Oklahoma City, not Texas, where that seller is selling from. I don't think Crazy even bought that thing that night, if I recall. I could be wrong. He did take a pic of it with his phone, though... from inside of the store. That's the pic he provided here. In the event Crazy did buy it, he would have had to had sold that to someone, who is now flipping it on Ebay. Then again, there always could be more than 1 of the same error.

I remember this, and GM is right. They stated that they did not buy it. I have no clue what thread it is in, or anything like that but if I remember right it was around black friday when they found it.

"He" (not we or they) didn't buy it. I have no interest in these style of errors to be honest. I did buy one once. It was a Wrecking Ball in a Double Trouble packaging with Euro style packaging. I quickly opened it and gave it to my youngest daughter.

I simply don't think they would ever be worth money, and I wouldn't have sold it if I cared. I don't think Crazy bought it, but I could be wrong. I was too hung up on new figures to remember the events of that evening. smilie

I've had a chance to get one of those store displays for as cheap as 120, but passed on it.

I would love to have one, sure. However, if I ever got one, I would want one for Giants.

Unless Activision specifically requests that we return the display then it's fair game to anyone. Unfortunately the one we use at Target just gets recycled for each game. They just add a new sticker on the bezel of the TV for the new game. Not to mention it's only a TV and a portal.

And to think, the Target I was at this morning had 20 on hand. If only I had known, I could have Ebay'ed a dozen and paid off everything thanks to desperate idiots. Also should have stocked up on Twinkies before they disappeared. Could you image the fortune I could have made? A box of twinkies AND a Jade Flashwing? $200 a pair, easy. smilie

Well, not an ebay fail but one from amazon.de. A third party seller offers Polar Whirlwind for 119 €. I started a dicussion topic that the figure will be available at Media markt in Germany next week for the regular price of course. An hour later the figure got a 5 star rating...
