Lightcore defects [CLOSED]

So at tru today my brother bought legendary bouncer and when he brought it home only its body lit up, fortunately he was able to return it and get a new one right away. While he was exchanging it he went through about 5 figures until he found one that lit up correctly (they had a portal there on display.) I was wondering if anyone has defects or noticed some on lightcore figures? With wave 2 coming REALLY soon at tru, i was also wondering how hot head should light up since i have no idea how he does and if i buy him tomorrow i wont know if he's correct ot not. Thanks to anyone who can help!

How are you getting Hot Head tomorrow? And I haven't noticed anything different about the lightcores.

I heard its one wave 2 character per customer though so thats why i need to know how hot head lights up to ensure i get a good one, this lightcore problem today really worried me if you haven't noticed.

Bouncers eyes and torso should light up.
Milton, did u happen to get hot head, if u did how does he light up, i would truly appreciate photos of him on the portal.

My Legendary Bouncer did not light up (my regular one did) so I'm returning it tomorrow. Good advice on testing it there, will do that from now on for all that should light up.

I'm assuming both of Swarm's hands are suppose to light up? only this hand in the air glows.

Are people having luck returning already opened Skylanders?

If you have the receipt, there is no reason a store wouldn't let you exchange something that is defective.
