This is a mysterious item. It randomly pops up on amazon to disappear completely. They have yet to cancel the second wave of "accidental" orders and according to a rep at amazon everyone who ordered in this wave will get them. It was implied that it would be part of a cloud patrol promotion for the kindle but no one that plays CP on the kindle has claimed they have been offered the item.

I am starting to think it is just a hoax perpetrated by Amazon. If people do start getting them next week expect to see alot on ebay for extradinary prices.

I don't even have a guess as to when amazon will offer again if they do
