Fright Rider looks like a ton of fun, whereas Swarm looks pretty boring. I'd say get Fright Rider.

Swarm is still a great character. He's much more fun than his trailer makes him look. I just think Fright is better because by default every Giant is overpowered badly.

Fright rider looks better, I'd say smilie. smilie looks great too, but I don't care at much for the Air Skylanders (except smilie & smilie).
