I know that the Cynder Stylus was given away in Australia but I would like to know if the Cynder Stylus is going to be available in the USA at a later point?

I haven't heard anything exactly myself, but I saw a post that was talking about 3 new stylus being available soon (It was Cynder and 2 others...) So my guess is probably yes.
At least I hope so, cus I'd love to have it.

I saw nothing of a giveaway too, only a post about wave 2 of the (overpriced) bobble styluses.

Giveaway was at the EB Expo, and yes, they were wave 2 of the styluses- Cynder, Eruptor & Terrafin

These stylus are very, very bad. I wouldn't call us lucky for getting the Cynder one early at all.

I would call the kids at the expo who got new figures early lucky smilie there was apparently vouchers given out to very little kids in Sydney a few weeks ago at some event, and they were given a new single character pack

The Wave 2 bobble styluses are all out now, at least here in Canada. Cynder, Eruptor, and Terrafin.
