I think it's because Alex Ness owns one of Jin Saotome's custom Skylanders(Drill Sargeant,I think?He talked about it in one of the interviews),and since they all look so cool,they probably wanted to show one of them instead of repeat figures all over the picture(or even leak all new figures before the time)
