Yes, I did that in Paint. I use this program since I was 8, so I know ALL the wonders, that it can do.

Wow I don't even really know what some of the tools are let alone USE them.smilie I only just learned how to resize pictures into avatars and a few other things.

He has Spyro's body, red crests like Spyro, black body, horns like spyro that are red, his tail is red and like Spyro's but more complex and red wing embrio. Can you make him, please?
