You know, another thing is that Spyro jumps waaaaay higher than he does in the other GBA games, and he keeps hovering antil he reaches a stupid ledge, like in ETD!

Yeah, but still, it shows no elavation, so you think you're above a ledge so you hover to land, but then you're falling, falling into a bottomless pit or lava or something...

This game turns out to be so simple if you use the maps on this site. Otherwise, it's friggin hard to find everything.

I find it really hard finding all the gems coz it's hard seeing them right with that wee screen. Know what I mean? I prefered it on the PS coz you could see every thing in front of you and it was a lot easier finding the gems.

I got all the gems, but I still have to get two last faires. I know where to get them, but it to hard!

I cheated on this game to win. I used the cheat code to 'open all portals' to get to Grendor and then I cheated to get 100 fairies frome Grendor.

I had to cheat to get to the Summer Fairy World and Ice Library! I also got over 100 fairies that way. I still need a couple of more gems!

Overall, the game wasn't hard. However, the only part that was hard and frustrated me EVER SO MUCH were those stinking speedway levels. Gah, I swear it, those things almost made me bald! I was SO GLAD when those were excluded in Season of Flame.

However, besides that, the game was simple, but not TOO easy.

Those speedways had fairly good graphics for a GBA game, but they were soooo hard, as Captain Spyro just said!

i think someone mentioned that your elevation is unpoportional or something, that was it, i'd think i was safe, but then i'd fall of the edges

Ugh, I hate how difficult SOI is. I'm STILL only on the second home world and I've had the game for... for.. 5 years I think. There's no map, the levels are too flat, Spyro is too slippy, and there arn't any landmarks really.

It's hard for me because I don't like how the ground is totally flat on the levels and you have to flame certian things on the level to get a farie and I always end up dieng inbetween, so I get mad and shut the game off = hard, and I don't get anywhere. smilie (I'm at the second world)

This game was...eh. It was the first Spyro game I really played (I played the very first one when I was...I dunno, 4? when my mom's friend's daughter left the room for a minute) and I liked it then
