1. That's not a cameo, a cameo is a small role or appearance of someone well known that's doesn't play a huge part in the whole thing. What you're thinking of is "references" or "interesting tidbits".
2. Flameslinger shares little actual similarity with Robin Hood in both appearance and personality. If you want to see someone that Flameslinger resembles, look at Illidan Stormrage:
