I feel so dull, so numb, so heavy. I honestly don't know how much i'm gonna be able to stand any of this.
I don't want any of you to worry. But I want you to help as well. I don't know, its annoying..
I need help, one way or another, from someone, anyone, please, help, though I have no idea how anyone can help..
Even if i'm going though all this, I still have to be there for everyone.
I'm so done with everything, every second is painful, every movement is a chore, everything thought is linked back to something terrible, hours are ticking by slowly.
I may be strong, but i'm at my limits.. Someone, save me, make the pain go away, make it all go away.

yea last year i experienced it multiple times a week and it wasn't really fun
now i only get it every once in a while but it still freaks me out
