I don't think so. They would have filled pre-orders before listing it as available.

It has been listed as available (at least) 3 different times overnight for $8.99 from Amazon itself, with an estimated delivery date of the 6th or 7th.

Wham Shells Sold, from Amazon on May 5 2012 from midnight to 7am off and on.

And appraently TRU had him for sale last night for 9.99

And Amazon was again selling him last night prior to TRU...

I gotta agree with Himewad, no one is getting screwed out of their Amazon preorder. Everyone should've been fulfilled at this point.

@Seewolfe78: It probably would have been a lot easier to just write that he'd been available before and post the link to Zoolert rather than post each and every time he's been online as of late. Seriously, why would anyone care about times that have already passed? smilie

What I meant was theyy got screwed because they preordered and the general public(me) is getting them at the same time. I got a shipping confirmation for June 6-7.

As long as you are getting it, how exactly are you getting screwed? It seems only the lucky or the psychos that stalk retail stores (and their employees) got Wham Shell early.
