im trying to keep up with all the variants, so i decided to make a list.
if anything is missing let me know, also if anything is out of order (by release date)
updated 8/24

I dunno if I would count the Legendaries as variants, because they are actually differenet In game, I consider the variants the ones that just have a diff coat of paint

I actully dont count dark and legendarys as varients either, but to avoid confusion i put them at the top anyway.
And for the glows, we really dont have any reason to believe there fake just yet

I guess as a variant of a variant, some of the gold and silvers have been found in 3 packs.

Then if you want to include them, Spyro Gil and Triggs were in special single packs made for their E3 debut. They gave them away there, but I've only ever seen a few of them.

Looks like you've got them all so far (and in proper order)

In a way Dark Spyro and the Legendaries are a varient, I kinda consider them such anyway.
And as for the glows I'm not sure if I believe they are legit right now. That is until I'm proven wrong.

I think we first heard of Flocked Stumpy before the crystals were found. Because I remember hunting for bags before the wave 5 guys came out.

To date, yes it is.

There is conjecture of there being a variant for each fig but it is all merely conjecture. I personally doubt it but you never know in this wild world...

I wouldn't put it past Activi$ion to make a variant for every Skylander in addition to the reposes they're already going to make for every character.

what is it missing besides Chrome Spyro and Red Drill Sergeant? (which one of these came first?)
and i cant remember if chrome spyro was out before flocked stump smash was released?
i cant think of anything at the moment.

I think it might be the picture. The Flameslinger should be gold...although, i'd love it if it was an orange color.

OP, I think you might have copied a old post into your original post. The one in Reaganag's quote is correct, although I wouldn't really call the Sidekicks as "variants".

i update my list so it should be all good now. but if anything is missing let me know.
im not counting "packaging" differences so AT dark spyro shouldnt be on there.
also Punch Pop Fiz should really go in a list of its own when the new game comes out, this is a list of the first games variants.
sidekicks are not variants.
if we get any news on that flameslinger being orange i will add it, as well as that green warnado.

The Flamesinger is a Giants repose so probably should go on your second list.

It is up in the air if the green Warnado is a Giants repose but it would be more likely to be so.

It's pretty much confirmed he isn't getting a Series Two (sadly) though.
