Well, they look different as toys. That's enough reason to buy them, at least at a reasonable price.



im only gonna ever buy promotional variants. ie blue bash, werds, toy fair and e3. all i got a very cheap prices.



What other kind are there? Anything new they make is promotional. i.e. they only make new ones to promote the game in the first place...

well, i meant i wont really buy variants as they arent event-released items. blue bash and werds is part of a series that is store exclusive, e3 and toy fair are special. variants like gold, gitd, etc just arent that special.

eh i suppose not in that way. but still necessary to complete any collection of skylanders.
