I've been reading around, and i've seen people posting about a third Skylander game. If it would be good or not, if they have any more ideas about it, etc. And i saw a post about suggesting new elements for a 3rd Skylanders game. which would be a good idea. So just post about on which element you'd like to see in another Skylanders game.

I'd like to see a poison/acid element

if it does happen probably the element of light or a special element or a legendary element.

besides that I think the elements are about done or coverd there wouldn't be much they could do with a third besides add , more characters so I doubt they would add new elements.

I dont think there will be any new elements. I also wouldnt trust and rumors about the third game.

that's really not gonna happen because you can get the game separate so no new portal

yes but if the 2nd one fails (unlikely to happen) its almost certian the would be a third.

I honestly don't think there would be a third. But there would be a chance. I mean it took 1 YEAR just to make this new game... So this game could fail and a third one would possibly be made.

maybe for dark and light... even if dark seems undead

I know that the info in this geekdad article is under some debate (http://www.wired.com/geekdad/2...landers-giants/), but it states:

"4 New Light Force Skylanders: These new figures light up when they are on the portal and are powered by the peripheral with no need for batteries in the toy itself. These four are new characters for Skylanders Giants.:

This sure sounds like a new element group. We have already seen a confirmed lightforce Prism Break in a convention preview, but that is a sepewrate group according to this article. A "light" element makes really good sense too - but why 4 and not 6? with Giants adding a 5th new regular-sized character to the other 8 elements, plus a giant for each, 6 would give more symmetry across the line.

@docu3: not quite. There's 8 total Lightforce Figures; 4 old, and 4 new. They're going to span across all the elements. They're still the same elements (ex, Prism Break is still a Earth Skylander) just they light up.

There's probably nothing in game different for them either. They're more than likely just going to be fancy things for collectors that are also taking advantage of the new light up technology. (All the giants will be able to glow)

Of course. you cant have 9 elements. you need an opposite. Such as Air and Earth, Life and Undead, Fire and Water, and Magic and Tech.

Oh yeah. unless the original portal was designed to recognize 2 new elements, but i doubt it. otherwise, your right

But even then in electric we have wham shell and zap cause they both have electrical abilities and in ice we have slam bam

If the game, or the Giants, don't fiddle with the elements of Light and Darkness, then the game has a massive plothole in the storyline. A story scroll from the first game, mentions that Giants could harness the powers of Light of Darkness.

I would Probably like to see a Normal Element. The skylanders would probably have basic Punch,Scratch,Headbutt ETC Attacks. This would probably include....

A Draconic Flying Squirrel Skylander
A rabbit with Giant feet (Completely random,But for Stomp attacks)
A Tiger/Lion Skylander
A Wolf/Fox skylander

So Yeah,I Was hoping for some Animals like these.

technically your wrong it said the elder elements could control light darkness it hasent been confirmed that the giants are the elder elementals

I'm thinking that the giants will be the old elements but will also have their own giant elements such as light and dark

Light Giants: Life, Magic, Air, Water

Dark Giants: Undead, Tech, Earth, Fire

Supposedly they would have two new giant gates for life and dark
and they would get elemental bonus for two elements
It would also be good because then there would be 10 elements.
It would also make [instead of one new element elder] two elements.
And by the way Tree Rex (Life) does have a light beam

So conclusion [Its just a thought]

Oh and you forgot to put Lightning rod for electric
and Slam Bam for Ice
