Better quality video here (and to the point). I went back to check whether the Stealth Elf was reposed, but it isn't.

Looks like the newer versions (ones that have the ability to light up) will have an orange base instead of the more familiar green base.

That's because it's a green base Stealth Elf, which means it's most likely the original one.

Oh totally, I was trying to say that I couldn't tell because the first video was poor quality which is why I went looking for a better video. Sorry for the confusion.

yeah i can just hear the kids screaming when they discover the new skylanders dont work with the first game the parents got them... haha... so there goes work with everything right in the toilet.
