Spring. No clear date yet as of this time. This is only being discussed in at least a dozen other threads.

Pretty much every GameStop we frequent seems to think they're coming in February for some reason, and with those new pegs at TRU, I really don't know if it's outright impossible that they are. Then again, it could just as easily be Easter. Who knows.
