Nope. This guy has a whole bunch of them he's made. They're pretty cool, but no, they're not official.

However, they do still work with the game which is pretty cool.

but everywhere i go is like really far from where i live. so ill keep finding all the skylanders are sold out. thats the only other skylander i want

no i didnt get a chance to. and everything is all over one hundred bucks but i found one for 50 that can ship it like tomorrow, and now it just got bought damn it

I like Hex she will be good on either path you choose I've used both and right now I have her on the orb path. I did like her wall of bones on the bones path.
