I was thinking about this during the day - you can access the higher XP bonus without actually owning more characters.

Well, at least if you have friends who own them...

They can bring them over and then temporarily re-assign them to your system. You will then get the bonus for having more chars.

They then take them back home and assign back to their system; your system won't know the difference.

yes you cannot re-lock an accomplishment.


I think this bonus is really just a way of balancing out the XP per character loss when you get more. If you have more characters, if can be much harder to get them leveled up as you may not spend as much time with characters individually. So the XP bonuses help to even it out and level up your characters even though may not use them as much.
