Cupcake help! Whipwind Mountains- 3ds [CLOSED]

Does anyone know where the 5 cupcakes are in Whipwind Mountains? I've found 4 but not the 5th one. Is it in the elemental challenge?

Yep, Whipwind Mountain is in the 3DS version.

Here you go

Jump on to the moving platform after the magic elemental challenge. Go right jump on the first moving platform and then onto the second. Wait till it moves all the way up and left and then jump left on to a platform that contains the cupcake.
