Anyone else hooked on Drobot? This guy is the equivalent of an F-14 Tomcat in the game. He can really blow some stuff up when needed.

Totally. I used him the most, and he's fully leveled up. I'm writing a fan fiction of his racing origins.

You really can't go wrong buying the figs. I really like the cross platform application of them. So simple.

No, I wouldn't. What character were you thinking of writing about? Drobot's origins include Sonic Boom. His origins in the story take place around the time where Sonic Boom learns of the curse on her babies. Sonic Boom and Drobot used to be racing partners in it.

Finally got him, and I love him.

^I only shot Kaos five times with his lazer eyes at maximum upgrades, and it took about a fourth of his health.

Drobot is awesome. 'Nuf said...

Clearly Drobot is OP. Needs a nerf. (Kidding.) Fantastic character. His challenge level is such a ***** though.

drobot is so awesome and kewl but im not shure of he talks something or saying gibberish. because whenever i put him on the portal, it sounds like he is saying ''i am drobot'' or something with drobot in. also when he flies, i can hear him eather laugh, or saying something with 'me' in.

I just bought Drobot, and he's pretty swell.

the bad thing about Drobot is that he sucks at close range, and if he can't attack unless he's facing his enemy, so if someone is chasing you around in battle mode, you're screwed. And it helps to get the flight upgrade, but his maneuverability falls when he soars.

^You can use the gears.

Came to love him once I upgraded him to fly. He was slow otherwise.

but the gears are so hard to aim at enemies. mine rarly hits.

Thats why I chose the lasers as his upgrade path instead.

the gears are more of a defensive mechanism. But it only works well when the area you're in is close off.

Actually, since I chose the gear path, I upgraded everything. Once you've upgraded everything, Drobot get's three gears and they fly all around the place and explode on contact. And their extra sharp.

They had pretty good offense to me...

Drobot is to popular to be cool. Need more underused love......Boomer, Eruptor, Bash, Chop Chop, Stump Smash, Drill Sargent and Voodood. (Mabey Prism Break, he is cool but I don't see much talk on him)

and also for future character's: Double Trouble, Wrecking Ball, Wham-Shell, Slam Bam, Zook and Dino-Rang

All this Dragon (and Sonic Boom) love in every thread is boring. People should try some of the other characters, even if they seem a bit boring at first. Some of the upgrades make them worthwhile to play and some of their backstories are just as interesting as the others. Don't get me wrong I do like the dragon champions aswell I just think people are missing out just by playing the "safe" dragon options.

^In my stories, Sonic Boom was just a simple racing partner in Drobot's SkyRaces before he went to fight evil. He liked her a little, but they weren't a thing. I didn't imagine that THAT much. They are kind of perfect for each other, though...

^This. I love the dragons, but I think the others are great too. Wrecking Ball is without a doubt the most adorable thing I've seen in ages (particularly the images in the guide), and Ghost Roaster is just plain awesome.

Sonic Boom is a much loved character by a lot of people on this forum(even I use her a LOT). Did not mean to sound like I was using you as an example sorry.

But as an example for my speech on using underused characters even if they seem boring at first. Whirlwind when you first play her is rubbish, harder to use then others and does not seem as powerful, but when you upgrade her she does become really good.

Stumpsmash to me at first seemed really boring, but when I upgraded him he actually becomes really strong (Bash is along the same lines, not the most exciting game mechanics but really powerful later on)

I just got his figure.
