Magic - Spyro/Dark Spyro Tech - Drobot Earth - Bash Water - Zap Air - Whirlwind Fire - Possibly the red feathered dragon Life - Most likely the leafy dragon seen in one of the E3 vids The only element we haven't seen a dragon of is undead.
