It's fake. It's not even in the game. Spyro fights Red in a big, circular chamber on a platform of ice. Plus the life bar has his head next to it.

How would you know? It's fake because it looks nothing like the real game. Plus, the level is blurry as if it was edited.

ALL screenshots of games I find are usally blurry,
Plus it would take some quite good editing skills to do that

I'm not saying this is definitely real, but in beta versions, several elements (Including lifebars) can be much different from the retail version.

That would be cool if there was one though. It kind of reminded me of the shark level in Tomb Raider 2.

Not really.
They've let some unsettling stuff in kids games before and after this game came out.

Ok the boss bar is from the beta version and the floor from red's area is different. (and sharks)
