It is a Rare Pokemon you can capture in Iccirus City. People often make fun of its cry.

Bulbasaur.
Actually- it's not just on Fridays. You can catch it any day of the weak as a rare Pokemon when the grass rustles. I caught mine on the launch Thursday.

In the fourth gen, this Pokemon is registered as #000 when you catch it. Transferring it into a Box turns other Pokemon into it if you switch it around.
Also, as far as I know it can only be obtained via Action Replay.

Hint: it's not Missingno.

If you don't pick a starter in Pokemon Perla, you have one in your party when you view the PC, or when you get into a fight.

Also, Vanilite and it's evolutions.
And Munchlax.

This Pokemon is famous for the 'Level 1 Defeating Level 100 Arceus' method.

Perla's a mod. I've seen it tons of times. It's mostly famous here for the half-legit Deoxys.

It can be caught in the Desert Resort. This Unova Pokemon is a real beast to defeat until you reach a high level.
