fighting Buzz [CLOSED]

I'm really scared of fighting Buzz. I've been scared of him ever since we got this game. So I just have my dad fight him. But I don't live at my dad's, I go to visit him every couple of weeks and I'm going to get a PS2 of my own and the first 3 Spyro games. I forget how to fight Buzz because now I need to do it on my own and my mom doesn't play video games. Anyone have any tips for me??

There is a guide for the entire game on this website you know, including the boss fights.

"Charge into it until it falls into the lava, Sheila will then smack it down further and injure it. It will then roll out of the lava and straight at you. To avoid this roll attack, simply charge towards and past it, then going round in tight circles around the middle until it stops. Repeat this process a few more times to beat it."

Well as it jumps back out of the lava and starts rolling towards you, charge towards it and instead of htting it straight on move so that you charge past it without hitting it then just charge around ahead of Buzz until he stops rolling.

I see that I didn't mention the flames though, just wait by Buzz for the barrier to drop and then quickly charge into him. He'll eventually start sneezing flames later on though so you'll have to jump to avoid those, or just charge in quickly before he gets a chance to.

ok thx but still!!! I'm 11 years old and i'm really scared of him cuz he looks scary. i usually have my dad fight him for me but i don't live with my dad all the time so i would have to do it by myself. do u think there's a way that i could not be scared of him? smilie

You should edit your previous message if no-one has posted after it rather than having two or more of your own posts in a row as otherwise it creates pointless clutter.

I don't think there's anything I can do to help you in regards to being scared of a boss but good luck with it.

It turns out, (I'm at my dad's right now) and my dad fought him and i watched for the first time in years and he's not that scary so i'm not scared of him anymore. smilie

I love beatting Buzz. And i dont see what's so scary about him. in fact, i find buzz is a big fat wuss. but i find spike ( 2nd boss in this game) is kinda scary...

buzz is really easy to defeat. u jus have to react well and keep charging. can anybody defeat him in under 2 minutes? (thats my record so far) if so, do tell

that is easy!u might not belive me but i got through Buzz,Spike and Scorch with 1 hand! cos i hurt my right one so i had 2 du them with 1 hand!and most of the levels!

Fighting Buzz is easy. Do not be scared of him. The only thing to be scared of is the creepy music and atmosphere in AHT. I don't dare destroy Dark Gem #40 and fight Mecha-Red.

Did anyone else get that? My heart was beating faster by Gnasty, my heart was thumping out of my chest by Inneptune, I felt sick before Red so spent hours of watching TV to calm me down before battling him, and I refuse to defeat Mecha-Red.

Oh, goodness! You people sound like me when I was 7 years old and playing Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I was terrified of those zombie creatures called ReDeads. i'm over it now, and if I encounter anything scary in a video game nowadays, I just overpower the fear with the thrill of virtual reality!

I LOVE VIDEO GAMES! Sorry, had to put that...

LOL, and me, on Croc and Croc 2, especially Croc, I was afraid of the final boss (I put in a cheat to get there) for a long time, but he was so WEAK!! But still hard to defeat, even though I've never found the interest in the game long enough to kill him, so I've never defeated him even to this day.

ROSS: Don't worry too much about deafeating Mecha-Red. Tip on staing calm: Fight until you hit the boss 3 times. Then pause the game, and calm down, by remembering that it's a video game. Repeat until they are fully cooked. If you still can't beat him, use the guide on this website.

I've already read the guides long ago. They didn't calm me but I watched a the very first bit on YouTube to see what Red looked like in the battle. Looked quite funny, actually. Helped me defeat him. And another thing is to complete everything else before the battle, because the feeling of the fact you're at the finale of the game yet after you've gotta go back and continue to get more doesn't help at all. So get 99% before you go for 100.

I know what you mean. I remember IN GTG I defeated Ripto but then I descovered I had only 40 orbs and I needed 55 to get to Dragon Shores and I had to go back through the levels to get enough orbs.

i found him scary the first time i tried to defeat him and i didn't do him for months on end! but in the end i got my courage and defeated him after you have done that, he's a piece of cake!

For scary bosses, completely complete another game then, quickly after, defeat the scary boss. You should be motivated alot for the scary boss and you can feel happy that you beat him.

Well that was a couple years ago, and that was on my old account. I don't remember which email I signed up with or my password, so I can't really get on, maybe I could, but I doubt it. lol But yeah I'm older now and I'm not scared at all to fight him. I have to admit the music is a bit creepy, but lol.
