hmm, intresting..... what a prediciment...... all sound good, but i think i like D the most.... they all sound cool, but that one sounds funny, yet somewhat omninous to me.... like the door could have a mind of it's own, mocking them, or..... someone or something else could have caused it to open.....

Chapter Sixteen: Fate is Cruelty Incarnate

Venia sighed and sulked some more, then whipped around as a whiring noise came from the stairwell.
"Hey! Looky!" She cried, and dashed over to the door.
"What NOW!?" Dentro asked in exhasperation, and turned around to watch the door open slowly. VEEEEERRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYY SSLLLLLOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYY......
"It's opening like a [insert prefered curse word here] SNAIL!!" he shouted. Venia was entranced by it, and didn't hear him. She just stared at the very slowly opening door. Totaly not there anymore. Gone. Left the building ten minutes ago. Dentro let his arms fall to his sides again and stared at her.
"Ven? Helllooooo? Anyone home in there?" He asked. Nothing. No movement whatsoever. None. Nada, ZIPO! he walked over to her. she wasn't even blinking and ehr eyes were big and round, even the pupils. he waved a hand in front of her face.
"Hello?" The only movement he got out of her was her head moving so she could still watch the door. It had opened five inches when Dentro got tired of staring at Venia staring at the door. he poked her. She did nothing. He pinched her. She did nothing.
"Wow. Checked out early..." he muttered, then stopped and thought. How on earth could he get her to focus on something else besides the door...?......!!! He had a lightbulb moment, but it was rather disturbing, and could get him clawed for it. He wasn't sure he cared, as long as she was out of this wierd trance.
"Venia. Wake up!..." nothing. "Well it was worth one last try... Um, PLEASE wake up?" He suggested. Still nothing. He sighed. "Dang. I didn't want to have to do this..." he muttered, then spun her around quickly and kissed ehr on the mouth. She blinked then jolted awake, toppleing backwards.
"Gah! What the [what's the worst curse word you can think of?] Dentro!?!?" She shrieked at him, and fell on her butt. She rubbed at her lips with the back of her hand. Dentro just stood there.
"You checked out early. No one gets to check out while staring at a DOOR." He emphasized door and she blushed brighter than she already was from the kiss. Now, instead of being pink, she was RED! REALLY red!
"dang! Why did that have to kick in now?" She hissed to herself. Dentro raised an eyebrow.
"What? Wait, you're more worried about the door-staring than the kiss? Wow. That's definitely strange." He said, then froze. The door made another clunkign sound, like something sprang back into place, then stalled. "Noo! Let me out! LET ME OUTLETMEOUTLETMEOUT!!!" Dentro shouted, banging on the door. It was only open seven inches. And both Dentro and Venia were too big to fit through that. It suddenly sprang open at full force, raking the skin off of Dentro's knuckles. "OOWW! [what do you think?]" Venia stared at him.
"Wow. So we BOTH have a harsh vocabulary." She muttered, standing up and brushing her pants off.

Chapter Seventeen: The First Chapter I Can't Come Up With a Title For. It's Sad, but True.

Dentro punched the wall and dust crumbled down from the cieling. "That is so, not, right." he growled, eyes flickering in anger. Venia dashed back to grab their bags.
"Well? Come on, we don't have all day." she pointed out, as the sun was setting through the trees. Dentro sighed and took his bag.
"Fine. Lead the way to the nearest road." he muttered to Venia. She nodded and grabbed his wrist, dragging him into the trees as the panel slid smoothly shut behind them. "GrrrrAAAAHH! IT'S MOCKING MEE!!!" Dentro shouted, straining against Venia's steel clamp grip.
"No, no it isn't. It's an inanimate object. It can't mock you, it has no brain." She pointed out. Dentro sighed and shrugged.
"I still want to pulverize it." He told her. She raised an eyebrow and he shrugged again. "And you can let me go now. I can walk by myself." He added. Venia dropped his wrist and he imediatly shot back to kick the door.
"Oh no you don't!" Venia snapped, her arm shooting out and snagging the back of Dentro's jacket. He choked, grey eyes shocked.
"Gahck! Okay, okay! No more!" he croaked, and turned around awkwardly. Venia nodded, orange hair frizzing in a slight humidity as the sun dried puddles in the remaining hours of the day.
"Good. march." She said, pointing Dentro in the direction of the road. "We've got a four to five day treck ahead of us, what with the fact that you can't move through trees like a cat." She said, shoving Dentro in front of her. He yelped but walked fast.
"Got it! Okay! Road is that way!" He called, and turned left. Venia stopped him cold again.
"No, no it isn't." she was about to turn him around again when he spun and planted a kiss right on her lips. She froze up. Dentro slid out of her stiffened grasp and ran towards the road at light speed. Not a moment too soon either. Venia regained her senses five seconds later as she tore through the trees, claws ripping the trees to shreds. "DENTROOOOOO!!! I'M GONNA KILL YOUUUU!!!!" She shrieked, and they covered what would have taken a day in half that time, as they ran through the trees. They both finally collapsed in heeps near a small stream.
"God........So....... tired...." Dentro rasped around a dry throught. Venia didn't even have the strength to punch him in the head ad say that they were both tied, so shut up.
"What....the he*l.... was that for?" She asked between carefully sipping water from her hands and freathing hard.

That wasn't the whole chapter, I just fell asleep writing it, and when I woke up, there were a bunch of Os with an E at the end, and I realized I needed sleep, soooo... yeah. Now I can't remember what I was gonna post next... Dang..
