3.You should see the jailbars and the smashed door.

What level is it in???? Is it the "Evening Lake" level????

Oh. I saw that a while ago, too. It was pretty weird. Sorry if I couldn't play the game right now. I'm still in school.

Side Note: If you swim forward from the jail cell area (where you originally advanced through the level when the guard was in jail) and go behind the mountain near the mountenous area, you should see a little sparkilly portal-like thing. Go through it, and you'll be transported to an area the designers meant to leave out. WARNING: After you exit the portal, sometimes you'll be on the land behind the mountain. But sometimes, you'll just keep falling to your death. Make sure after you've done this to hit "Exit Level" in the pause menu in order not to lose very many lives.

Where is he anyway? And about that, jail glitch, can you explain me that? Never had a glitch in the PS1 Spyro games... well, if I haved one, I don't remember, I only experience gliches in ETD and once in AHT.

Nope. I don't know any glithes in this game.

We're talking about the part of the level in Dino Mines where you do the swimming glitch. If you swim underneath the area you freed the guy, you'll see the jail cell the guy was in, as well as the door you broke through to get there.

Go to Dino Mines. Get hurt until Sparx is at green. Now make your way to the
underwater section of the level. Do not kill dinosaurs or run into TNTs. Come
up at the other end, and without getting out of the water position yourself
right under Zoe, facing away from her. Dive, and if done right she will zap
you. Now just, get killed by whatever. You died swimming, but you were zapped
from a land position, so you will respawn swimming on land. You can swim all
over the place now.

Oh my, it's a little complicated to do this, well, you will need to tell me what water part, where the big pool is? Sorry, can't do it right now, I am in school.

It's the only water level in the game where you swim through the level without going through any certain portal. (It's the area where you get the baby dragon that is behind the cracked wall.) To get there, you first go straight through the level as if you were going to save the guy locked in the jail cell. Then turn right once you see a mountain. And, whalah!!!! There's the water where you'll preform the glitch!!!! Swim all the way through the water to the other side (like SD-King said), make sure you're still in the water, and immediately charge down along the wall. She should zap you then. (It may take some practice to do, but you'll eventually do it. If you mess up and she zaps you on land, however, just swim around this area for a bit, and she'll appear again to zap you.) Immediately kill yourself underwater. When you respawn, you'll be swimming in the air!!!!

Side Note: Swim to the area where the guy got trapped by the dino's. Swim underneath that part once he's freed, and you'll see the bars he was trapped in, along with the door that you smashed through to get to him, although the door is invinsible now.

Another Side Note: Swim straight as if starting the level again, and go behind the mountain you previously encountered when you had to turn right. Swim behind it and go through the swirly vortex. You'll end up in an arena type area that the gamers meant to keep hidden from you. You can only get out of this area by walking in the center of the platform. WARNING: When you get out, you sometimes will be in front of the mountain but sometimes, you'll just fall to your death every single time. Just pause the game and hit "Exit Level" to save you the pain of losing all of those lives.

It didn't work

What's the problem????

I have seen this glitch before. I've watched it a while ago on youtube. It was pretty cool....^.^

It's too bad for me, I don't have access to watch video, only my dad, wich reminds me, I am going with him today, and I will wach it, but anyway, this is what happened.

I went to Dino Mines, I pass the level and I get the green Sparx, like SD-King said, then I enter the wather and avoid the TNT and the water horses, then I arrived to the other size and there was Zoe, I get close to her in the water, but it didn't zap me, I needed to jump, so that she could zap me.


Then, when she zap me in the air, without touching land, I returned in the water, I lost that life and I returned to the check point, without the glitch. I try that again and again, but it didn't work. What did I do wrong???

In the water go near zoe swim quickly underwater so the zap gets you in water die in water.tada!

I check on youtube, I try it on my game and it works. But thanks anyway, the only thing that didn't work is that the portal under the bridge was not there.

If you're talking about the extra level portal, it isn't under the bridge. Go to the area where you preformed the glitch. Swim to the left. Once you get to the area with the bridge, stop. Turn around and go toward the area where you first encounter Zoe in the level. This was where Zoe zapped you after going through the house full of dinosaurs. Go straight toward the mountain in front of you and fly over it. The portal should be there floating in Mid-Air.

Well, the portal should be there in that level. *Points at post #34* Just follow the directions previously stated above. If it's not there, then maybe they got rid of it when they released the "Best Hits" version or something.
