I get the feeling in the clip Spyro speaks, that Gray Dragon is talking to him. The voice sounds much older than Gary. ;>.>

That voice you are talking about is done by Ian Mckellen (Gandolf in Lord of the Rings)

EternalSpyro, that voice isn't Ian Mckellen, it's similar, but it's not him.

Ah yes, I've seen those. That's Ignitus speaking. Gary Oldman seems to have changed his take on the character, but the inflection and mannerisms sound like Ignitus.
