Death Note was an insult to Death Note, anime, film, humanity, pretty much everything. I can't see a live action adaption ever getting worse than that.

Cowboy Bebop was so bad it was funny, until it wasn't funny anymore, but turned funny again.

Fullmetal Alchemist, I am not really familiar with, and I'm not a fan of the anime, so I guess I can't really judge. It has some actors I like, and I would also like to call out the hypocrisy of the fans saying this one sucks despite saying that they only like Japanese live action adaptions. Apparently it being made by Netflix outdoes that, and while that makes perfect sense because uh... Netflix, I bet half the people saying that haven't even seen the movie or are too blinded by their hatred and stupidity to even realize that the actors are Japanese. Not that that should always have an effect on your opinion of a live action anime, but that's a whole 'nother topic...

One Piece, I haven't looked at since it first started, so I will need to refresh myself to form a proper opinion...

So with that being said, uhhhh... maybe Cowboy Bebop??
