Help! A glitch won't let me get 100%! [CLOSED]

Okay, in Dark Mines I completed this Blink level on easy and supposedly received a dragon egg. While I was doing the hard version, I closed the game without going back to spyro first. When I reopened the game, Blink said he was going to try for a light gem but my inventory for Dark Mines still said I hadn't collected an egg. Now I've done everything in the game, but it still won't give me credit for that egg in the blink level, and I know I received it. Has anyone run into this and is it fixable?

Yes, I'm sure. I checked the inventory on every level and this is the only level an egg is missing from. and I checked the walkthroughs and I know I collected every egg in Dark Mine. And yeah, i do like cynder.

(Okay,enough with the off-topic.)I'm sure it is fixable,ether your PS2 is not cooterating right,or you need to put some alcohol on the disk.(By alcohol I don't mean beer!)

mine always says ive not got a save when i save it and turn it off, then go bak on it, it must be to do with the game coz all the other peoplez tht i no tht have got the game say tht its happened 2 theirs aswel

argh i'll never finish spyro a hero's tail i don't can finish the sgt.bird levels in cloudy domain,moltern mount and ice citadel!
