Regardless of how bad the movie might still be, he lookin hella cute. I would give him a pet rather than scream in terror and run away at the sight of lips and glutes. You just had to make him look like a life-sized sonic plushie, not a six year old with a costume.

Also ALL of the posters they've released actually look great. Why are these designers not being hired to do more to replace all the photoshop vomit we've been seeing lately in other franchises?

To be honest, I'd be totally down for a new video game with this Sonic redesign. As long as, you know, Dr. Robotnik isn't just Jim Carrey with goggles.

Since Eggman Nega is always characterized as Eggman but crazy, I wouldn't mind if that personality was transplanted into him to differentiate. But then again, SEGA hates anyone implying that this character exists in a canon capacity.

idk i think this trailer made the movie look a lot better than the last
new sonic looks good, the jokes landed with me personally a lot more, it went from a movie id never see to one im actively a little excited for

I like it! I think in the old design they tried to make him look more humanoid so it was too weird.

Not feeling the movie yet but it's a wonderful design. Props to everyone behind it. Now let's see if everything else in the movie delivers.
