It's been kinda sorta confirmed that Mysterio will be the villain in the next Spider-Man movie. Also, Michael Keaton will reprise his role as Vulture.

We know that the plot of the next Spidey movie will directly involve the aftermath of Avengers 4. This opens the door for many theories.
