Ah, I was just thinking about this earlier. It takes off of the name of a species concept I had. I used to play Spore a lot during my early teen years, and one creature I had made I grew the most attached to. Eventually I redesigned it to be separate from the game, and they were sort of my main thing for a long time. I just took "waak" out of the name and added "sian", I guess as an identification thing? I dunno, it's stuck with me since then.

Dogs are hard to take care of. I don't trust myself with a dog tbh. Maybe if my future wife/gf wants to do most of the work with the dog, then I'd consider it.

That's a good question. I generally don't have much ideas about creating characters until I get my hands on the tool itself. It'll probably be a animal with my favorite ability and appearance combined, then I'll try to use darker colors (not because of edge, I just like how darker colors look), and see which accessories fit my style best.
