First thing that came to my mind was a Pop Fizz lock puzzle-like game, using bubbles and stuff like that. A Golden Queen game where you rule several minions and can control/command them would be cool, I can also imagine a Slam Bam boxing game.

Grave Clobber beat-em-up, similar to Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World: The Game. His seven brothers all have horrible punching and/or undead puns for names.

Playing Skylanders Giants 3DS, I thought it was kind of disappointing that Thumpback, who actually had ties to the main villains in that game, had not even a little bit of reccognition of the fact. If Thumpback had his own game, I'd expect it to be a retelling or a prequel of Skylanders Giants 3DS.
