The Golden Queen's Ancient History seems to be the chosen one. Now we move onto the Life Knight Master Ambush, which path of his do you prefer to use?

Learn new Whack Attack combos.

Using Meditative Strikes when you get Marked Enemy bonus damage does even more damage. During Whack Attack combos, hold (O) to smash enemies with a giant bamboo tree. During Whack Attack combos, hold (Triangle) to pile drive a bamboo tree on top of enemies.

Fuse all of your attacks into one devastating combo.

Press (Triangle), then (Square) to send out large bamboo projectiles in all directions. Splintering Punch now creates an area of effect giving Marks to your enemies. Arboreal Upheaval creates a zone of pain around you. Marks absorbed by Arboreal Upheaval increase this zone's duration.

PATH: Go Go Forest Ranger
REASON: Besides the fun sounding path name, I thought his attacks down this path seemed more awesome.

Definitely The Master Splinterer, no question. Pruning the Hedges alone warrants choosing this path over Go Go Forest Ranger. At a high enough level, you can easily deal 800+ damage by correctly using it. As I enjoy putting it, here's how the process basically works: "Whack, whack, whack, whack with Attack 1, move away from the enemy's attack, wait for a second, then slash with Attack 1." If your Ambush is at least in his early teens in level and you attacked before the marked damage bonus wore off, You will now have dealt 800+ damage with the last sword swing, and if you count the previous sword swings, it's easy to rack up 1,000+ damage in a few seconds. Once you've thinned crowd sizes and only the healthiest of enemies are left, Ambush is great for cleaning up. Need to take down that Squawk and Awe that just charged by? Or how about that Baabarian? Want to weed that Cactipus? Ambush can do it all.

Well... it's quite obvious.

I think that path has better synergies with the basic upgrades and the Sould Gem, maybe I'll choose it because of this.
