Please get rid of Mags

I'm sick of her. She ruins the whole end cutscene of Thumpin Wumpa Island -.- Spyro should been in this cutscene but no VV choose Mags. Why? Why is she with Spyro in Thumpin Wumpa Island and not another storyteller like Stealth Elf or Jet-Vac? She always talks stupid nonsense.
Her voice and character bugs me ... I can't bear this character anymore.

So... The main reason you want her gone basically boils down to "she was in a cutscene"?

She ain't great, but if we had to choose between most other minor NPCs or her for the walking exposition job, I'd choose her. Maybe Buzz, but they kinda repurposed him for team speech in SC.

I considered that a positive for the show. And I like Patrick Warburton normally. Flynn was a little funny early on, but now he is just plain stupid - not to mention Warburton pretty much confirmed the game is just a paycheck for him and he is phoning it in.

I think they should ditch all of the NPCs pretty much. I liked how they used spyro, jet vac, and stealth elf and it would be much cooler to have legacy skylanders as the NPCs going forward. And I think it would be great for fans who have invested heavily in the series over the long term (both literally and figuratively).

That said, Mags is extremely annoying.

Skylanders isn't made of just, well, Skylanders. Even Academy has to use the NPCs because the protagonists aren't supposed to be all knowing, nor is the player. You can only have so many coincidences where Spyro just happens to know X, but this being Mags' job it makes sense for her to know.

Honestly, She and Buzz are some of my favorite non villain/ Skylanders npcs. They are both extremely funny and show even more why STT is the best game by introducing some of the most memorable characters in Skylanders.

You do have a point there. I never liked how she ridiculed smilie my old time buddy like that and only made his defeat even more humiliating than it already was. To be fair I too am honestly getting kinda tired of her as well.

I also strongly dislike Mags. Her voice and tooth are just too annoying to stand. Plus, it is practically impossible to take her seriously at any point with that voice.

I hate Mags. Her voice is horrible, and it just stands way out from the Skylanders theme.
I want her to die a lot.

Well, since everyone is posting about how they want Mags to die a horrible death or whatever, figured I'd post my thoughts on her...

She's all right.

She can be annoying at times, but I don't mind her being there. She has a couple of good moments every now and again.

I like Laura Bailey fine... up until she does her stupid lilting fairy voice. Nails on a chalkboard indeed!

Similarly, Yuri Lowenthall is great... right up until he does the voice for FRIGGIN' SOFTPAW, AND THEN I WANT TO RIP HIS JAW OFF AND BEAT HIM TO DEATH WITH IT.

She does the exact same tone as Rise though, except there's never a calmer moment. Probably watching Persona 4 let's plays over three times by now just made me incredibly used to it.

Aww, I like her. It's probably because she is so much like my very first girlfriend with the cheesy southern drawl & one liners, goofy hair, outwardness and her general weirdness. I really look forward to her parts in the game.

Flynn on the other hand I dread seeing. Even the tiny bit in Imaginators was too much for me. LOL! But it was well welcomed that his role was reduced to less than Mags in the game.
