By that logic, a lot of couples would have siblings involved. Mario and Peach were both designed by Shigeru Miyamoto, for example. Another one would be Spyro's own Hunter and Bianca, who were likely designed by Oliver Wade.

I have zero interest in this ship, but that is a non-excuse for why they shouldn't be shipped.

Design siblings, not canon siblings. If that were the case than there would be a lot of in-cest ships today. But it is interesting how they were both designed by the same person.
