Interesting question I would have to say either smilie or sadly smilie. If smilie is rare not only would that be confusing with him being so recognizable, but also a dick move since he's been exclusive to Amazon since. Though then again smilie was one per box so maybe not unlikely.

It's hard to say which one will be the rarest of wave 3, but I'd agree with Dark on his comment on Pit Boss. TRU has over saturated the racks with Legendary Tri-Tip that there's few regular ones. But of waves 1/2, Barbella is pretty rare.
