Has anybody found the third chest in the fire Sensei realm? Can't seem to find anyone online in the YouTube walk through that have found it either

Yes, see the spoiler below:

Before you pull the switch to exit the level, keep going right and jump up onto the narrow ledge and follow it around. It's basically right above the Troll Radio.
