Green Patina Lava Lance Eruptor mispackaging?

On Amazon, the reviews for Lava Lance Eruptor include quite a few people reporting that they bought a Lava Lance Eruptor, but instead, they were mailed a Green Patina Lava Lance Eruptor. Is this still happening?

EDIT: I have one coming in the mail, and it should arrive in a couple days. Fingers crossed that it's the Patina version.

I just bought one we will see which one comes in? I sure hope its a green patina one!

If you do get the Patina one, don't open the figure's packaging.
I'd recommend selling it on eBay 'cause it's worth around $100-$250 bucks.

If I got the special version I wouldnt sell it... I would let its price get higher and higher until its high enough for me to sell (I dont like giving things up easily :/ ) im not even gonna order one, im currently saving up for imaginators
