I'm not just saying Starcast because hes better, I'm saying it because I think he would win over Hood Sickle in a fight, especially being able to go from range and hit him from far away.

Hood sickle has a ranged attack or two (Sky chi), and can close the distance by teleporting/melding into shadow. Star cast can't keep him at a distance, and in close quarters combat, hood sickle wins.
